Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our returns & refunds team at support@navenport.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@navenport.com within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
